  : The room did not compare to the website photos. When I booked this room it said free breakfast. When checking in we where told they don't offer breakfast anymore.

  : There was nothing to like. This place was horrible. I will never go back. The room was falling apart. The mattress was so warm it bowed in the middle so you are trapped in the middle of the bed. And there was no cushion left to it. Our backs are horrible right now.
  : The staff were very rude and aggressive. They were doing work in the room next to us until 10 pm. We had a service dog with us and they argued saying that dogs weren't allowed. My husband showed him the service papers. I also tried showing him the email correspondents from when booking the room that I had notified them we would have her with us and he refused to look at it. He just harassed us whenever he saw us every time I asked to speak to the manager he was conveniently not there. When we went to check out they did a walk through and said because there was dog hair on the ground they were keeping our $150 deposit for damage. I offered to sweep it out, but they refused. There was lots of arguing then all of a sudden the manager appeared from the back room, defense and defending his employee, once again saying no dogs are allowed he didn't care then refused to tell me the employees name or give me a receipt. So I had to get the police involved. I finally got a name, receipt and my deposit back. It was the worst experience. I am so upset over it.

  : NO BREAKFAST. ALTHOUGH CLEAN ROOM WAS IN DISREPAIR, NOT WORTH THE $200+. CAULKING AROUND TUB MISSING, MAYBE BLACK MOLD IN CRACKS. INSECT NEST ABOVE SINK. TOUCH UP PAINT EVERYWEAR. DRYWALL PATCHES. COULD HEAR KIDS TAKING SHOWER IN NEXT APARTMENT WHILE I WAS. COULD HEAR EVERY FOOTSTEP FROM UPSTAIRS ROOM. SAT ON TOILET AND IT MOVED AND HIT THE WALL. WASNT GIVEN RECEIPT WHEN PAID, HAD TO ASK FOR IT WHEN CHECKING OUT. NO OFFICE, JUST SLIDE THRU WINDOW. RATE A DUMP.
  : IVE STAYED AT RODEWAY INNS BEFORE, WERE A STEP UP FROM MOTEL 6. NEVER AGAIN. WAS SOME EVENT IN TOWN AND ALL THE MOTELS JACKED UP THEIR RATES FOR THE WEEKEND. I DIDNT PICK THE LOWEST BECAUSE I THOUGHT RODEWAY WAS BETTER THAN THIS.
